Lee Ann and Jasper couldn’t have been more helpful through our rental in Chandler. We had some issues with the owner but Black Bear did everything to make sure our experience there was perfect. They make sure their tenants are taken care of.
Black Bear Rentals and Leanne Bannerman managed our three properties without issue for about a year, but problems arose when a tenant broke her lease early. Ms. Bannerman gave conflicting advice and handled this lease termination differently than a prior one on another property of ours. When we asked for clarification, communication broke down and she told us we were welcome to move our properties to another company if we didn’t want to follow her advice. I used the rental company as I moved to the area. The office is outstanding. The communication in finding the right fit for me and the pups was important and they executed the mission without fail and were able to place me in a pinch. Now the flip side is we loved the area and found a house to purchase much sooner than anticipated . They were able to help me with terminating the lease as well as finding a new tenant which helped in me not having to pay much in penalties.
