I’ve never had a better rental experience in the 10 years I’ve been renting. The property was clean upon move-in and any issues we had throughout the year were addressed immediately (even on Sundays). We absolutely would have stayed in our Black Bear Rental had we not decided to move to a new area. I highly recommend this business.

I’m a property owner and I’ve worked with various companies in and around NC and Texas. I absolutely LOVE black bear rentals! LeeAnn and the office staff are responsive to our needs also consulted on other property questions we had out of state and just are great people!! They’ve taken care of our NC property and we keep asking them to branch out to other areas of NC but they don’t to ensure they can provide quality services to their clients.
