I was a tenant at one of their properties for about a year. The office staff was very responsive and communicative. If I had any maintenance issues, it was handled quickly and the guys were awesome. I highly recommend.
I was hesitant to trust my rental property with a management company after hearing nightmare stories in Asheville and Western North Carolina. I enjoyed being a tenant at black bear rentals! The staff was very communicative so I felt comfortable asking questions. The staff was really friendly and caring. I also had a great house that was practical and well-maintained. Definitely recommend collaborating with this company!
