I live in Thailand now days, and it’s almost impossible to find my two favorite breakfasts, chicken fried steak and corned beef hash, on any menus there. And if you do find it, it isn’t up to par. I was in heaven to make my first breakfast on my US vacation a big plate of chicken fried steak, eggs, hash browns, and sourdough toast here at Black Bear Diner. That first bite was so delicious!
