Black Bear diner was excellent, service was top notch. Food was great. Portions were incredible.
We had a group of about 7 adults. We were having a breakfast meeting of store managers for our area. They were out of the New York strip steak I wanted, so I ordered the ranch steak, rare. I got it back medium, and my over medium eggs were over cooked as well. I wasn't too upset as I know things are chaotic in restaurants sometimes, and it's easy to get distracted for a minute. First of all, the service was perfect!! My dad met me here and told me I would love this place. The food was unbelievable. Bread pudding French toast??!! Oh. My. Gosh!!! The coffee was hot and there was a variation of creamer on the table at your fingers. I also had an omelet texas. I don't think I've had lighter eggs and ingredients that looked more colorful, tasted fresher, and was the best omelet I've ever had. I love the vibe of this place. Its clean and cozy. The shop is cute and has bear themed products inside that are cute. The inside feels like a cabin with log like support beams. Very polished. The newspaper menu was super fun too. Our server was unbelievable. Immediately rude us with his pompous attitude while serving customers.
