Nothing but problems since we moved in , you also got to go thru a 3rd party for maintenance problems or anything else and it never gets resolved its always a excuse they never got the call and they also have rodents here , the first weekend we moved in we caught 5 mice and 2 more since then. I still have stuff broke from when we first moved in and maintenance never came in and fixed any of the problems. We have a problem every week here I HIGHLY dont recommend moving here. Full of s*** Adding extra charges to something they never fixed to begin with. Say they fixed a problem and never did. Than have the nerve to charge me for it.
This is a bad place to live! Serious pest issues maintenance never fixes issues and the staff here isnt professional at all. Mold in my apartment and my work order isn't being taken seriously.
