Food is decent but not worth the lousy service. Overcharged my credit card and owner refuses to communicate....let alone do what's right.
Pieces of cardboard and bugs in my sandwich - girl with the braces stole my cellphone. I will go to subway next time
The food is GREAT! Just don't plan your lunch hour on the quoted delivery window for online orders which came and went a while ago. When I called to inquire, this was the response: "I don't have any bags on the counter, so it must be on its way". I have evidence to support that assertion.
Breakfast potions small but reasonably priced and very tasty!
Always fresh. Always good. Never disappointed. I live in Elgin but when I can I get over there for a delicious salad.

The food is great, however, the customer service is disappointing. Twice we've ordered during rainy weather, and twice we've had to pick it up ourselves after waiting over an hour for delivery due to some lame excuse from the staff. The last time they wouldn't remove the tip either. Why would we tip when we had to come pick it up ourselves?
