I live on the island and I have a major complaint. I was driving to the bridge heading off the island and the operator closed the gate to stop traffic from crossing. A car was on the brige and 7 vehicles including mine didn't make it. Its been 10 minutes and no tug boat has passed the bridge. Something needs to be said to the operators. It t ook 3 minute
