We Loved It! – Even tho I have to recommend the filet mignon in order to get a tender steak, we loved the experience overall. We've been there twice when visiting Flagstaff, and for the most part it is the waitstaff and their musical talents that won us over. The food was good, even tho the steaks could have been less chewy. I also know from experience that even the best steakhouses don't ALWAYS have the most tenders cuts ... so, ya never know, the next time we go to Black Bart's the steak could be "melt-in your mouth" tende... read more

Must See – Black Bart's is a must see if your in flagstaff the food is out of this world and the singing staff is even better. The song's are so great it makes you not want to leave. All the servers are NAU students majoring in ART/Drama so they know how to entertain. Fun Place and did i say exelent food....

Highly Recommended Black Bart's is a must visit in Flagstaff Arizona. Very neat restaurant whose servers are Northern Arizona University who are majoring in Art/Drama. They will entertain as they serve. Fun place!

Held up by Black Bart – The previous write up where the food was given a 10, & it's a romantic restaurant at the same time it's kid friendly had to be written by the owner, because it was not food worthy of a 10 ( barely a 6 ) nor romantic both times we ate there. It really should be viewed as an upscale Sizzler.

Singing and Dinning – Black Barts is truly dinner and entertainment. The waiter and Waitresses rotate from serving your aged-oak-fired-steak from filets to T-bones, to hopping up on stage and singing a tune. These vary from old standards to musicals and each staff member choses their own music. In addition, every half hour the whole staff will gather onstage and perform a short coregraphed chorus number. It is a unique experience in oldstayle entertainment and dinning. ENJOY!
