We were very happy with our experience with Black Property Management . They were easy to work with and they gave us back the majority of our deposit !
Was told multiple times by the manager That they’d only charge a fee hundred of my deposit at the end for cleaning. This was as he walked through it while I lived there and made several unprofessional comments about how much cleaner I was compared to other rentals. They charged me over $1000 after I paid my personal cleaner to come through. I’d rent elsewhere. Truly insane how many times I confirmed the deposit amount and return. I got a total of $250 of my $1500 deposit. I’m not even sure how people do business like this
New favorite property management in SLC!! After trial and error I’ve found that Black Aspen are the best landlords around, working with Tim and his team has been an absolute pleasure and we cannot wait to renew our contracts this year.
Working with Black Aspen is super easy and working with Tim makes it even better! It so nice to come across a place like this that knows how to get things done!
We had a great experience living in our rental property! Very spacious! Black Aspen was easy to work with and always handled issues in a professional timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a better landlord than Tim. We would highly recommend renting from them!!
