Amazing service today on my bike. They took the time to explain a few maintenance things I could do myself which was great. Would recommend, and will be returning!
I asked the team at Black Arrow to set me up with studded tires for the winter. They gave me a detailed breakdown of what the parts and labour would cost, including some other small fixups I needed. They had what I needed in stock, and got started right away. When I picked up my bike it was exactly what I needed and priced as quoted. It was quality work. I'm happy to have found such an good bike shop.
I had a press fit bb that was perminantely attached to my carbon frame. They helped me get it removed without damaging the frame. Thank you!
