Best bike shop in town. Over the last few years they have helped me build up two dream bikes from nothing but frames. I spent too much time picking their brains, but they were always excited and eager to answer any questions about components, even offering up options I'd never considered. They are thoughtful with great attention to detail and the bikes turned out better than I could've imagined. Can't recommend them enough.
Best in the business. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, fair prices, reasonable wait times for bigger jobs and speedy repairs for quick fixes. So glad to get my bike serviced here!!

stopped by Black Arrow Cycles today and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. They fixed up my forks and installed a new stem, and everything feels dialed in perfectly now. The team was super friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what they’re doing. They took the time to get everything set up properly instead of rushing it, and the pricing was more than fair—definitely not trying to overcharge like some places do.
