Me and my wife went in for new bikes, and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They let us take the bikes out for a test ride and made sure everything was fitted to us. We picked out new locks and water bottle mounts which they installed for us before we left. A very positive experience, will be back to have our bikes serviced in the future.
Honestly Black Arrow cycles is the best in Kitchener Waterloo I bent My front forks. I bring it to King Street cycles Waterloo he wanted me to upgrade everything to change my forts yeah okay. Bring it to Ziggy's cycle in Kitchener they just told me it was my tire. Eastside cycles I think he's just into making a quick buck so I bring it down to Black Arrow cycles they bring my bike in right away put it on a stand and told me exactly what was wrong with my bike. Best bike shop in town. Great and kind people that do excellent work and provide incredible knowledge and support! Most local shops get overwhelmed by the demand in the summer and rush you in and out, unless you're buying a new bike $$$$. The Black Arrow Team take their time to address all issues and potential concerns with your bike. As long as you are patient to work with their schedule you can expect excellent service. Great local bike shop. Helped me today find an adapter that will let me mount a rear rack to my bike. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I just brought my Ridstar Q20 in because I got a flat, and they did an amazing job. The customer service was outstanding and my bike is working better then new.
