The customer service of Black Angus in Puyallup used to be excellent, and the food was always good,, those days are long gone. Most the time we would dine in, today it was UE, when I called the restaurant to see what was going on because the delivery was really late, the person whose voice I recognized from all the times we dined in, the manager, he seem totally disinterested and could care less, stated it was Uber Eats issue not his, he could care less if the food would come cold, which it did, it was gross, I guess he co... read more

Our server sage was amazing in every way! She was so sweet and very knowledgeable. We never had to wait on anything and was super sweet!

Service is great and they make the best cocktail sauce ever!
Seriously so delicious! My daughter and I got the Campfire Special it came with an appetizer, the main course, 2 sides each and dessert. Our side salads were so huge we had to bring our meals home along with 3/4 of our appetizer and dessert. We brought 5 boxes home We will have a great lunch and dinner tomorrow!
