I really enjoy Ling and Louie's! Their staff is always super friendly and they MAKE GREAT cocktails. I've had Emily twice and she even remembered me from the first time I went. They have a great attention to detail and customer service that can't be beat! A few of my favorite things are the crab wontons, desserts (especially the caramel banana spring roll), lettuce wraps and the fish that comes out on a skillet (I believe it was cod). Was a regular customer until a bad experience recently. Ordered Kung Pow Beef for $18.50. Was given the choice of white, brown or fried rice. Mixed it up and ordered fried rice. Get my bill and it was $23.50. I questioned the waiter and he said fried rice was extra! I was never told this when I ordered and $5 more for half a cup of fried rice is ridiculous! Gauging! $18.50 is high enough but $5 on top of that??!! 2 emails sent and no response. Disappointed and we are not going back!
