We had a great experience renting from Steve at Blach Realty. He’s extremely responsive and always made sure any issues were handled quickly. The property is very well maintained, with beautiful landscaping and a great pool area, and everything is kept clean and in top shape. I rent an apartment with Steve as the manager and I have to say that the property is incredibly clean and well-kept. There are a decent amount of amenities like a pool, barbecue grills, and covered parking spots. There are lots of trees, plants, and flowers on the property but the pathways are always spotless. Responsive to texts, emails, and always stays on top of maintenance regarding my apartment. Cool guy, excellent to rent from and great conversations. Can't recommend enough.
