SRS Distribution locally known as B&L Wholesale Supply - Rochester FRAUD and borderline Identity theft!!! A salesman at the local office filled out a Application to open a business COD account for my business and HE SIGNED my name! This was done without my permission or knowledge. I had an issue with a window product from a Canadian manufacturer, installed 2 years ago by a local installer. B&L was contacted by the manufacturer to replace the window. While doing that, the installer from B&L noticed another window had a problem. B&L replaced that window also, with no compensation from the manufacturer and no charge to me. Incredible!!! I have never had such consideration! B&L had not done the original installation and had no responsibility, but replaced at their cost!!! The installer was polite and fast... read more
