We literally called in advanced to make sure that we could walk in just to visit the lagoon. Wasted our time coming all the way from chandler just to be told upon arrival that they had no availability once we got there. There was no empathy from the reception who contributed to the confusion. Very disheartening.
I had an incredibly relaxing visit. The spa itself is calm, clean, serene and very inviting. I will definitely be back! Staff was very friendly and explained what the appointment would consist of at the beginning so that I could totally unwind and relax during it. The room and water temperature was perfect, my esthetician did an excellent job . I can honestly say that the hour was well spent and I’m thankful for the experience!
I’ve been a client at BL Spa since Jan 2024, specifically with Codi. She’s been instrumental in curating my skin care regimen and providing an individualized experience that meets my needs. She targets my problem areas and listens to my concerns. I’m hooked, my skin has never looked nor felt so good! Overall the staff makes very visit welcoming and rejuvenating.
