DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE When I viewed the mobile home this company owned it seemed to be a decent place to live ascetically minus the bathtubs that were completely disgusting . I figured if that was the least of my worries I wouldn’t mind paying to have the tubs refinished. The water in this neighborhood is supplied by well which is powered by electric.
