Zach and Andy arrived on time and did a phenomenal job! My HVAC was 18 years old and my sweet girl quit working on Sunday. I was blessed to get timely service on Tuesday but my HVAC was barely making it. B&L was great from start to finish! They were patient when waiting for our warranty company to get their side of things correct and installed quickly after everything was figured out! Highly recommend!!

Guys came out and “fixed my unit” 2.5 years ago through 2-10 home warranty. I paid my $50 to the warranty company and STILL ended up paying B&L $275. Apparently he did the bare minimum because it went out again last month. Unit wouldn’t cut on at all. I called a day ago and they came out quickly (a positive), they fixed the unit in 30 minutes (a positive) and explained what was wrong (a positive)… The negatives: they said “two of the wires were touching, causing the fuse to short;” resulting in them replacing the wires. This company came out to fix our AC unit last year and still hasn’t finished. They lack customer service and are rude!!!! Response:: We purchased the house in June 2023. The owners purchased the home warranty because they knew things needed to be fixed.
