I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while now, because honestly, I’m still frustrated. B&L Heating and Air was the preferred contractor through my home warranty company, 2-10, from the time I bought my home in 2019 up until 2024, when I had my last service call with them. Lance is personable, and I was looking forward to doing business with his company. However, after one failed visit to clean my dryer vent and 10 ignored text messages to reschedule, I am compelled to report that he is also unreliable and unresponsive. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

These boys answered the phone at 10:30 pm on a Friday night and had our system up and running by lunch the following day. Very professional, great pricing, hard to beat B&L.

Zach and Andy arrived on time and did a phenomenal job! My HVAC was 18 years old and my sweet girl quit working on Sunday. I was blessed to get timely service on Tuesday but my HVAC was barely making it. With no pressure, I began asking about replacement and I opted to purchase a new system instead of attempting to repair. B&L was great from start to finish! They were patient when waiting for our warranty company to get their side of things correct and installed quickly after everything was figured out! Highly recommend!!
