Please contact me if you have had any issues with this company, we already have our attorney documenting all the back and forth. B&L has sent 4 technicians to our Crematory and our 5 Chamber B&L Retort is a smoking machine, making it impossible for us to cremate, we have to constantly shut down completely and open windows and our massive garage door in order to let the intoxicating smoke out. Their service and follow up is a nightmare. I’ve been out thousands of dollars to B&L over the last few months and my machine is still not operating. They are now saying they need to come out for a fee and recalibrate after having my floor redone. Pure nightmare.

I love B&L Cremation Systems. Been working with them for years. When you call you get a live person that actually works there not a machine or answering service.
