Brian came out quickly over the weekend for an emergency situation and got our heat back on! We knew we needed additional work done, so Brian texted us afterwards and ensured that we got the appropriate part. He’s been willing to work around our schedule and is quick and efficient. We’re so pleased with his help and will be repeat customers!
I called BL Air Quality in a panic trying to get someone out same day and within an hour I met with a technician, Damion. Not only did he correct the problem and get the a/c working again but he cleaned out the roof units to ensure everything is running efficiently and effectively . Brian and his team are fantastic! We brought them in for a second opinion after being told our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Brian took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it, saving us from an unnecessary expense. They were prompt, quick and clean.
