2025 bi-annual check up. So nice having an A/C service company that we trust. They keep our system running at its best and we know they are just a call away if we have any issues arise. 2024 Had our bi-annual check up of AC unit. So worth it having the maintenance plan where they service and check the entire unit twice a year. B&L AC has always been a solid company to work with—reliable, professional, and easy to trust. Claudio came out recently to do maintenance on our unit, and he was great to work with. He’s trustworthy, pays attention to the little things, and even flagged something nearby that I wouldn’t have noticed myself since I’m not currently in town. Really appreciate that kind of care. Always a smooth experience with this team!
Huge energy spike. Duke Energy and Del Air both suggested that it was the a/c unit that needed to be replaced. Fabian came out and insisted that it wasn’t the a/c. He was right. A leak in the hot water line under the house caused the hot water heater to run 24/7. Fabian saved us $$$$$ for a new system and serviced our a/c system. Thank you!!!!
