I have used B&L for years and have always had prompt and satisfying service.
A week ago B&L AC came and diagnosed what was necessary to get 15-17 year old high end variable speed Lennox unit running again after struggling to turn on. Since the exact part was not available and another part could be used instead for $1650 and then they could find out if it needed anything else like more refrigerant,etc. Previous service on the old unit required adding refrigerant and stop leak since the previous techs could not find the leaks. I've used B&L several times for my AC repair. Claudio arrived on time, explained what he would complete as part of the annual maintenance and then explained his findings. The price was reasonable (and as quoted when I made the appointing). My unit is pretty old but Claudio didn't try to pressure me to perform other services. Would definitely use B&L again!
