The service man, Claudio was timely, efficient and friendly. Did an excellent job with the servicing of my unit, he was also very kind and friendly to my fur baby! I remain a happy long time customer. Today he had a helper with him, Also very nice man. The important part is they are honest, prompt and know their business. My unit runs like a top! They are the only AC company that I will use!
Came within two hours of my call. Found problem in only a few minutes. Fixed and gone in an hour.
I have used B&L for years and have always had prompt and satisfying service.
A week ago B&L AC came and diagnosed what was necessary to get 15-17 year old high end variable speed Lennox unit running again after struggling to turn on. Since the exact part was not available and another part could be used instead for $1650 and then they could find out if it needed anything else like more refrigerant,etc. Previous service on the old unit required adding refrigerant and stop leak since the previous techs could not find the leaks.
