Refused to answer any calls or texts. Then submitted a value below our agreed selling price after admitting they couldn't find any comps. You can evaluate however you want but if you're going to take 5-6 personal calls while here doing the appraisal at least return a text to confirm you got the pictures you requested from us.
Brian spent less than 20 minutes at me residence and did not ask any questions on what's been added or upgraded. Looking at the house comparisons, he used places with with a lot less square footage and half the lot size. The appraisal came back a lot lower. For 600 dollars I would expect a lot better. Stay away find a different company to use.
The 3 homes used for the comparables to our homes were nothing like our home. Not the same size, quality, or land acreage. Not even in the same area. Even when there were several homes close by that were much closer to a comparable, he went out of his way to find the crappiest homes to compare it to. Also did not count give credit for two finished rooms in our home. We now received a very low home appraisal value. Very disappointed and do not recommend them.
