Dr Scott Weiner accused me repeatedly of lying about pain when I saw him immediately after being run down by a car. I had to ask Roxanne to tell him to stop yelling at me about lying. Then he refused to treat me, but wrote down that he was seeing me on specific dates. Can you say FRAUD? I had to report them to the California Medical Board. Useless pathetic doctor
