My initial review was a simple one star review, but he sent me a long text message asking me nicely to take it down. This Google location is misleading. I was looking for a plumber close to my home, to have nearby in case of plumbing emergencies. My home is five minutes away from this Google location, but he told me twice that he had to drive over an hour to get to me from where he lives, and he let me know that the cost of his service included his gas and the wear on his tires for the drive.
I can’t recommend Ben highly enough! I was in a difficult situation when I needed to move my water heater to allow for upcoming drain tile work in my basement. Since the water heater was already going to be disconnected and relocated, I decided it was the perfect time to replace it as well. I can’t recommend this plumber highly enough. What could have easily turned into a $3,000 repair elsewhere was handled professionally for $320. They installed proper shut-off valves, thoroughly flushed lines that were heavily loaded with sediment, and explained what was happening every step of the way. BKM has done an excellent job for the multiple times I have called them out for plumbing work. They are affordable, friendly, and go the extra mile to prevent future issues. I am extremely happy with the service they provide and highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of plumbing work done.
