Learning a lot very knowledgeable stafff that help you fix your own bike
If you are a non white don’t go there, I overheard people who works there talk non sense, passes racist comments about people who comes from different background. Have an appointment booked for next week, not going there again. I literally felt discomfort and left the place. Genuinely the BEST place for bike lovers. I don't live locally, but I always stop in whenever I'm in ptbo to drop off donations and raid their absolute treasure trove of bike parts. I have picked up so many goodies for my restored 1984 bike. Everyone I have spoken to has been so lovely and helpful. This is the place to go to buy a bike, parts, repair your own bike, and get advice. Ptbo is very lucky to have such a fantastic, budget-friendly resource to get more people on two wheels.
