Great experience at B!KE. The nice lady at the counter was super helpful and helped me find a used bike that was very affordable and works just fine for what I need. I also added a few accessories, including reflectors, a kickstand, a bell, and a rear rack — and the reflectors were included for free, which was really nice. Gerald helped with the accessories and setup, and he was also lovely — very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Everything was affordable, the bike works well, and the staff were awesome. Highly recommended!

If you are a non white don’t go there, I overheard people who works there talk non sense, passes racist comments about people who comes from different background. Have an appointment booked for next week, not going there again. I literally felt discomfort and left the place.
