Been working with Brian since July 2020. Increased weight(I was underweight), muscle mass, strength to a degree I'm happy with. Most importantly I've learned about weight training and can use what I learn from Brian to also work out on my own. I wanted to start at a gym to be healthier and it will help you if you stay consistent.
I highly recommend Brian as a personal trainer. Brian has been my trainer for six months now. I have never been in such great shape! I've lost weight and have much more energy than I have ever had before. My schedule is very busy and hetic. He has been extremely flexibe with my appointment times.

After having back surgery and completing physical therapy, I really wanted to continue improving my strength and vitality. My physical therapist suggested Brian Delfin and I started working with him 3 months ago. Knowing my limitations and goals Brian created a customized plan including weight training, walking, macros and diet. Brian is my personal trainer. He has been training me for a month. And we are concentrating on losing weight. I have so far lost 4 pounds. And I plan on losing 25 more. Brian has been a positive force on losing weight, and helping plan a better diet. He has designed a work out plan that works well for me and my needs, to lose weight and get thinner. Jon.
