We noticed a small water leak originating in the utility closet and traced it to our heat and air unit. I called Adrian at BKB about 4:30 pm and he volunteered to come out right away but that wasn’t necessary so he sent a crew first thing the next morning. Tim and his helper quickly found that the 30+ year old copper pipe that carries condensate water from the HVAC unit outside to an outside flower bed had a pinhole leak in it.
