Excellent services; personable and efficient personnel!
Reservations were made quickly and easily. Both drivers were prompt and courteous. Since our tour company was footing the bill (with the driver's tip included), I inquired of both drivers if they were aware their tip would come from the company. One did and the other wasn't quite sure.
Excellent Vehicle, great ride, on time.
We were scheduled for pick-up from home to the airport and vice versa upon our return. Both pick-ups were early or before the set time which were very good. The drivers were respectful and cordial. The big problem we had was with the initial pick-up from home to the airport. The vehicle's A/C was only functioning in the front driver's area and not in the back where we were seated and it was a scorching hot day. Great service. I no sooner got off the plane and receive a call asking me to describe my bag. By the time I came down the escalater he was standing there with my bag.
