Had a great experience with B&K. Well priced, professional and efficient service is what I received.
Today, I had a concern about my drainage line. Russ got here exactly when scheduled. He confirmed that it was there…covered in leaves! He was also the tech that did my preseason inspection; so thorough! First, I was in trouble with a 19 year-old system that had been neglected by the previous owner. Technician driving has a serious case of road rage. Swerving and cutting people off, watched him take a right turn and curb the wheels on his van at high speed. Would not want him coming by to service my A/C with that attitude!
My experience with B&K was great. From the service dispatcher (GINGER) who got me all set up and assured me that B&K would would have a Technician (BRANDON) come out and get me squared away, and that's exactly what they did. B&K services will be who I go-to for my and recommend for your business. Shout out to Ginger and Brandon. I don't normally leave reviews.
