Josh showed up less than 30 minutes after I called. Fixed heating unit in about 30 minutes and explained what went wrong and what he did to prevent that from happening again. Cost covered by warranty. Friendly and fast !
I can always count on B&K Services when I need HVAC service. Have had both upstairs and downstairs units go down this summer at different times. Called B&K, prompt and courteous service. Diagnosed the problem, and got my house cool again. I highly recommend that if you need HVAC help call B&K.

Technician driving has a serious case of road rage. Swerving and cutting people off, watched him take a right turn and curb the wheels on his van at high speed. Would not want him coming by to service my A/C with that attitude!
