Purchased a 2013 Audi S8 front bumper kit. As far a the bumper goes, have a TOP LINE installer prepared for what you receive. Overall it typical CHINESE junk. The primer was uncatalyzed and had to be completely stripped and replaced. There were several areas of the bumper that had to be trimmed and fitted to fit the S8. BK's description of the work needed was crap. For a TOP QUALITY job by a TOP LINE installer, expect to pay about 6K to have properly prepped, painted, trimmed and installed. Bought entire front bumper grill retrofit kit for my Audi A5 about a year ago and had installed professionally by bodyshop in LA. Several months later, it fell off while driving and car behind me ran over it (see attached picks). When I contact BK about the issue, and asked for a replacement, they had no simpathy. They sent me a quote for $250 + shipping to replace small grill component part--keep in mind that the entire bumper / grill set cost $700. Poor products, horrible customer service. They take no ownership in their products.. they verbally attack their customers with replies when you give a bad review. What kind of company attacks their customers usually the guilty ones.
