I called him on a Saturday afternoon because I had snapped off the guide pin on my brake calipers. I was very worried that this was going to financially break me because I thought I snapped an actual bolt. He answered the phone asked for a picture of the issue to see if he was able to help. Then he texted me back and told me it was an easy fix explained how to do it easily enough told me where to get the part didn't even charge me.
