I’m updating my review to one star after a year of waiting for Brandon Kappes (owner) to resolve the issues. My insurance paid for gutters he never installed until over a year later and he never followed up. That’s pretty bad for business when you’re having to try to reach him to do your work and the insurance company already paid him. Be wary of this company. The owner has been taking funds from the company for his own personal gain and leaving no money for projects he has already taken deposits on. Took me over a month to get my deposits back (when he hadn't purchased anything for my project). Why? Because he was bouncing checks all over the place. He never started my projects, or purchased a thing for them even a month after the projects were suppose to start.
