Ordered and pre paid for some cupcakes for a party. When I arrived to pick them up the icing was the wrong colour (white, not purple). Not the end of the world, but they were for a child party so purple was important to them. The person at the counter offered no resolution, and there wasn’t time to remake them. For the price, and simplicity of the order it should have gone better.
I absolutely love this place! I've tried multiple items tens of times and confidently can say the quality is amazing. I would especially recommend the almond croissant, ham&Swiss croissant and the Swiss strawberry roll. Other than the fritters and donuts, items are not too sweet and just right. Almond croissant has a smooth filling with crunchy almonds as well as an almond paste, it's a very decent size too. Genuinely one of the best croissants I’ve ever tried in my lifetime. Can’t wait to try more pastries!
