RecommendedMy Sansui 5000a needed some attention and I thought it was a little quiet on the right channel but turned out it was ok , the current was checked and proved real good, had bulbs replaced, and controls cleaned and lubricated , the owner James was extremely friendly and very professional, thoroughly checked my receiver and did all that in a VERY timely manner! we had our big screen TV hit by lightning and we took it to B&K. That was years ago and we've not had a problem with it since. They we're so nice and he fixed it in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend them.
Needed a lamp for my tv that was recommended by customer service he put it in the holder I came home didn't fix my problem called them back and he wouldn't refund $107.and some change I should of known better after I gave him the model # he said (it would help it I knew what kinda of tv it was ) I told him and then I said are you having a bad day I should of just hung up on the ASSHOLE .....not to happy with them I'm out of $107. These guys were super friendly! Fixed my TV earlier than expected and have not had a problem sense! I would recommend 10/10 times.
My cousin just had them come out and do a repair on his tv and they broke it and made it worse then it was and didn't even fix the problem and told him it wasn't in them. When in fact they are the reason his t.v. won't even come on now. Don't go through them.
Great service and reasonably priced.
