I took my 4Runner to BJs Tire Center for alignment and Raj is so professional and patient with me. He explains everything in details about different brands of tires and I trust him. I like honest mechanics. Highly recommend Raj for your tire services!
Called at 1p cause I had caught a flat the day before and was told to come in at 3pm to repair it since I bought tires from them and wouldn't want to void the warranty. Got there at 230p and sat there till 5pm!!! 2 and a half hours to fix a flat!!! Forget the warranty, NEVER GOING BACK THERE!. Rather pay the 10 bucks in Newark and have them patch it!!!
I bought tires from here and brought brand new rims in the box to be installed on my truck. Before installing them I took videos of them so I would have proof there was no scratches. When I received my rims back they had scratches all over them. When I asked them what are we going to do about this the first thing he said to me was "You're not getting new rims".
