The other reviews are right. Who ever was working there Nov 26th at noon booked me for an appointment today. When I came in the person working there said I'm not in the system. I exchanged all my information, type of car, tire size and they gave me a date and time. Either they are lieing because they are under staffed. Or they have a serious issue with their system. Either way you cannot trust a place who consistently tells customers appointments that do not exist. Management should check into this considering all the people... read more
I can’t speak to anything other than customer service. My tire was completely flat and I needed to fill it and get on my way. Ivan was so helpful, kind and efficient and made the experience pleasant.
