Waited over 2 hours, with an appointment, to get a nail hole fixed and tire rotation for them to not even do anything and tell me I would need to come back a different day. The warranty you get when you buy tires from them is a joke. I would never recommend any bjs tire center.
Always a good experience buying online and coming in for the installation. The crew is very welcoming and gets the job done very professionally.
I'm hoping to improve this Tire Center's rating, because I had truly exceptional service today! I ordered and paid for my tires online and made an appointment to have them installed at this Center. The online system does seem to have a few scheduling issues, but I received a call several days before my appointment date and we were able to adjust.
