I'm hoping to improve this Tire Center's rating, because I had truly exceptional service today! I ordered and paid for my tires online and made an appointment to have them installed at this Center. The online system does seem to have a few scheduling issues, but I received a call several days before my appointment date and we were able to adjust. The other reviews are right. Who ever was working there Nov 26th at noon booked me for an appointment today. When I came in the person working there said I'm not in the system. I exchanged all my information, type of car, tire size and they gave me a date and time. Either they are lieing because they are under staffed. Or they have a serious issue with their system. Either way you cannot trust a place who consistently tells customers appointments that do not exist. Management should check into this considering all the people... read more
