Great selection, have certain things here that you cant find at other locations! Lines can be a bit slow, but still a great addition to the neighborhood!!
BJ's is great - solid deals, great coupons and discounts for members - and they always stand by the products and services they sell. No need to support Sam's or pad the pockets of billionaires when you have quality and integrity here. I love this place!
do not work for the overnight crew it is a sad place to be the manages on overnight a horrible had a problem with them to discuss it with the hiring manager and they turned me down they said they will call me in two days to discuss everything never heard of them they treat their workers like garbage they don't even do their job properly but they could to tell you something u did wrong real quick they have a high night drop out rate at that place no wonder why nobody lasted because of place is the worst the work at plenty of ... read more
Slowest deli in America. Always at least a 20 min wait while the workers chat and talk on the phone or just disappear in the back. All else is good.
I wish you would please put Patti back at the front door all the time. She is always happy and greets you and makes you want to come back just to hear her greet you. The other people you have there are not as friendly.

I WENT TO THE DELI AND I WAS WAITED ON A GENTLEMAN CALLED CHRIS HIS BADGE SAID TRAINING HE GAVE ME THE BEST SERVICE EVER HAD IN A BOX BUSINESS HE WAS VERY HAPPY MADE HALF THE LINE LAUGH. Love to shop at my North Haven BJ's. The employees are always pleasant, especially a young lady named Dannyelle Jones. She has gone above and beyond to be helpful on many occassions. I am always happy when I see her smiling face when I come in. I was also overjoyed to see that they took a suggestion I made very seriously. Now, as a shopper with physical disadvantages I can get a key for an eletronic scooter/cart from the person checking receipts rather than standing in a long line at the service desk.
