The staff members are rude and make you feel as though you are bothering them when you ask for assistance or inquire about products. Unpleasant team.
Sharing a negative experience I had with a team member at the Flushing BJ's location today 1/19/27 around 2:25 PM. When I approached a staff member named Nelly and said, "Excuse me, miss," she continued to look at her phone and replied with a blunt "yeah" without making eye contact.
