Hi everyone, good morning. Today, I went to Flushing, 130-07 40th Road, BJ Wholesales, Suite A100. I have been a loyal customer at BJ's for many years. On Monday, 9/1/25, at 11:16 AM, I was shopping there. The cashier told us we had to put our items on the counter. The cashier took a long time to count the money. I made a purchase online and the food never arrived and at Bj's they sent me to speak to the delivery people when the problem was that they sent the wrong delivery.
It happened several months ago, but it was really a horrible experience with this membership service representative. I believe she is Korean, and I am not sure if she is the one who can speak Spanish or not. When I tried to talk to her about my issue, she kept interrupting and being rude.
