The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. I was here with my wife and kids. The lady at the door implied we stole. When she realized she was wrong once she saw our receipt. I asked her to apologize and she refused! The supervisor apologized and said the manager would call us, the manager never called us. If you want to be accused of stealing, and embarrassed in front of everyone in the store only to not receive an apology from the person who accused you. This is the place for you. Great when everything goes well. Which is rare. I use BJ’s mostly for deliveries and pick ups, but I am constantly having issues from the website not working correctly to missing items (which I never actually received or received a refund). Every time I call the store to ask a question, I get put on hold and eventually hung up on. It’s not worth the hassle. I will ride out the end of my membership, but I’m going back to Sam’s Club after it runs out. They may be farther away, but at least they appear to have it together.
