So my experience at bjs at mechanicsville the shopping was good but the customer service was terrible because the only thing open was self checkout no register or anyone standing the granted i worked in retail so i know 20 or less at self checkout but for a cashier to radio her other employees on us and then they proceeded to say oh her light been on or she’s been right there when we telling you she wasn’t is Diabolical because we had a good amount of items and void our items and move us to her line but proceeded to let othe... read more
I’ve never been to a company that doesn’t honor their mistakes or have the integrity to own up to their mistakes until I’ve been to this BJ’s worst customer service experience I’ve ever had
I get a pick up order about once a week. This one young blonde girl is always the one to bring out my order she is very nice and talks to be when it’s not too busy, she has told me before she’s “not the manger or anyone special” but she works all by her self most of the time it seems like she is working her self to death, she’s always the one to talk to me on the phone, always helping someone when I go inside just overall seems to be running the whole online order department.
