It's been 3 times that I go to Bjs Auburn MA that I'm badly served. Twice they charged double the item and once they gave the wrong change. At the gas station they put two elderly people with weakness to move and who only eat and fiddle with the phone and never help the customer. They are moody and useless in the service. For 3 times I went there and they didn't help me put gas in my car because of a defect in the machine to read! Do they pay to do nothing? I feel totally dissatisfied and will never return to the BJ's store

Two women in the bakery are HORRIBLE!!! Sandy and Lori!!!!!! They have the WORST customer service in the entire store!! I will ask for their assistance whenever I am in (unfortunately they MUST be full timers, as they are always there when I shop) and I feel like I inconvience them, as they have a nasty attitude when I ask simple questions. Thank you to manager Jim who took care of the tire problem I had after purchasing four new tires from the BJ's tire center. Jim took immediate action to insure my tire was taken care of and safe to drive. Excellent customer service from the store manager Jim.
