I started going to Bjs because it is a little closer to my business and Costco was always very busy. Bjs is much slower and now I see why. This store is worse then Costco in everyway. It's more expensive, the product selection and produce quality is worse and the customer service is terrible. Today Heather, a cashier, while ringing up a cart full of groceries asked me if the watermelon I had was a full sized watermelon. Had the chicken pot pie yesterday and it was awful. All fat and grissle chicken. Hope they work on this.

Produce is hit and miss. Be especially careful if you do an online order pickup. The celery they gave me was disgusting, brown, mushy and liquify. Additionally they rang up chicken that was more expensive than the chicken they gave me in the order. Went to the service desk and the employee who was some kind of manager (longer dark hair and beard) would rather argue with you than solve the problem. So much for the time saving of online pickup... Chesterfield location is vastly superior.

Joined during pandemic. Always had great service and enough of a selection of products at better prices, many times. Customer service has always been accommodating to me. I choose this store more often over the other 2 box brands although I have memberships at all three.
