Whatever you do NEVER NEVER NEVER order anything from BJs online. It is awful how they handle it. They put a label on it and it sits. Bjs shows it shipped but Fed Ex hasn't picked it up yet. We were told once a label was put on the package it will show shipped even though it has been sitting for two solid days waiting to be picked up. We were told we would get the order in 3-5 days when we ordered it now we were told 5-7 even though our credit card has been charged. Never ever order from BJs please
I’ve been a member with this whole sell club since it has open. Today (August 30, 2026 approximately 1:11 pm) was the first time I had a bad experience involving a racist white lady checking receipts at the door. I had the receipt in my hand and as I was handing her the receipt so that she’d have it, my friend saw an available box sitting on the floor to put his items in so he went to grab it.
