I cancelled my BJ's membership solely because of this store. I have never encountered such terrible treatment at any other club. I am very sorry that there is no other BJ's near me.

Hi everyone I went in today to shop and had to renew my card. I must admit I had some issues trying to do it on my own. I went to the courtesy counter where I met Jamie I believe he’s one of the managers. What an amazing gentleman, he walked me through the process, took care of me and make sure I was OK him and his staff were amazing. They are true to their word. I shopped in this BJs today and the deli was very busy, I waited a while but when my number came up the deli girl was ready to help me. She had a smile and sliced my london broil roast beef to precision and then did the same slicing my turkey. I go to ShopRite quite often but Sarah in the deli of BJs gave me a better experience than the North Brunswick SR and she did it with a smile. It made my day. I will be back.
