Wife got a flat on her way to work. Since she bought the tires from BJ's (East Rutherford, NJ) she went back to them to get flat fixed. She didn't have an appointment and was told 1.5 hours. No problem, sat and did some work stuff. She couldn't of been any happier with her experience. Employee, Dominick, fixed the problem, was courteous and more importantly took the time to listen to her ordeal with a flat on a major highway. Just wanted to commend Arnoldo Torres on his work ethic in the shop. Like usual it was over booked and too busy for one individual. You need 2 people in the tire bay. One to answer phones and wait on customers while the other does the shop work. Arnoldo had to do both and didn’t complain and got he work done. Thanks so much. Give him a raise..

I had an excellent experience at BJ's Optical! The whole process from calling to schedule an appointment to having an eye exam to picking out the glasses was phenomenal! The wait when I got there was minimal. Sara came out and got me, she went over the entire process of what to expect for the eye exam. The office was clean and she even wiped things down right before I used the machines. She was so personable, helpful, and made me feel comfortable!! This store has the worst customer service, employees cannot be trusted to give accurate information and there is no integrity. Called the store recently regarding a purchase I made that day because my coupon book finally arrived in the mail (quite late) to see if my receipt could be adjusted to utilize the coupons. The woman I spoke with said it was "no problem at all, to just bring it with the next time I come in, there is no need to hurry back in for the adjustment." I ordered glasses thru them and was told no more then 10 busy days well it's been 20 business days and still no glasses. Every employee I talk to there has different story. Very unorganized
