We needed a quiet short date place later at night and they took care of us and we had to navigate a medical complication and were helped out by the very patient Isaac.

This BJ's is a mess. Items are not stocked, items facing the aisle are ripped and crushed, items are missing price signs or are nowhere near their price signs. The prices themselves are rarely deals, with cheaper prices at non-warehouse stores or Amazon for the same exact SKUs. I don't know why anyone shops here.
Gift card transaction was not supported by neither the warehouse nor corporate customer service. Wasted my money and time with their runaround.
