I had a very unprofessional experience. An employee thought he was smart and swore at my husband while he was in the car but being that my husband is not stupid could read his lips and knew exactly what the employee had said. When the manager got involved he did not even recognize that the employee was wrong. When I tried to further explain how his employee was wrong, the manager literally said "THAT'S IT I'M DONE!
