Patty M the manager that was duty at the York, PA location was being rude and disrespectful to my husband and me in front of our children. She was making false accusations of me just because I was correcting her and I stood up for what was right. She argued with us. My husband and I been members of BJ's for 29 yrs, we never had someone in management position treated us as badly as she did. She should lose her job. She will cause BJ's to lose customers.
BJ’s might be a good place to get your groceries but do not trust their delivery services, I ordered delivery for the first time because my whole house has the flu and it’s not ethical to go spreading it around when actively sick, I ordered delivery and didn’t get half the stuff I paid for. Totally disappointed with this.
Horrible customer service
We stock up here about once a month for our large family.
Very uncooperative dock worker , Tonya, would not load a skid of cat litter on my trailer as the previous store manager did the previous purchase.Now,over a $600 loss for BJ'S because of a poor aditude substandard employee.Shame.
