The lack of customer service and common sense at the Maple Shade BJ’s (Store #0013) on 9/21/26 was appalling. I finished my shopping around 8:27 AM. I had picked up ground turkey, but the package had no barcode. A floor associate told me it wouldn't be an issue to scan an identical item for my Express Pay checkout so I could stay on my morning schedule.
