Went to the Cherry Hill store today. My son wanted an Ice Cream Cake for his birthday. I asked the women behind the counter if she could put Happy Birthday on it. She was missable. Not a smile or anything. Then I went to get gas in my car and the gas attendant was missable too. If you don’t like your job get another one.

I really wish they had better customer service. It’s so bad! Operationally they do well. Things are stocked, coupons are great- but they leave so much to be desired in the client relations aspect. I also have a Costco membership and come here because they have the deli and more family grocery items that I use as staples. Walked in the door and almost vomited. The smell is disgusting. Smells like mold, standing water, and bacterial slime thru the whole store. Told two employees gagging on my way out and neither could have given a crap less. Didn't shop BC I am not bringing that nasty whatever it is inside the house to stink up my home. They said "okay you can leave sweetie" like way to patronize the customers and not do jack all about the poisonous scent that's in the entire store.
Great store only problem I have is when I buy cases of water. The tops are smashed in, and sometimes they leak only because the employees use them as chairs/benches. I was wondering the a few times some waters were leaking once I got them home. Then a few times I seen the employees sitting on them. Just be careful getting your cases of water from this particular store. I said something to the manager as they were sitting on them, but she brushed me off.
