This place is mid, but they need way more employees in the back and curbside!! no way anyone should wait that long for there order just because their UNDERSTAFFED!!! only 2 people !!

This BJ’s location is absolutely filthy — it’s one of the dirtiest I’ve ever been to. The floors, shelves, and even the restrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned properly in a long time. On top of that, the manager, Phil Gazzillo, talks down to his team in a very disrespectful way right in front of customers. It’s uncomfortable to watch and really unprofessional. This place needs serious attention and better management.

I give this BJ’s a zero if I could. I went there as a new member to sign up and while I was at the customer service desk the employee that is supposed to to be helping me asks if I mind if she helps others! I told her yes I do mind because you are supposed to to be helping me! Service like this always question me of why am I a Veteran again because the scripted : Thanks for your services is just that! I got my BJ card under a promotion where I'll get $40 in credit when I spend $40. I spent$80 that same day and never received my promotion credit. BJ's pushes out these promos just to draw customers in.
