Bj's at Homestead Fl cashier number 304615, is a very rude person and terrible customer service. she cancel my membership while i was trying to ask her for another offer or option, she was so fast canceling that did not offer me to use my rewards points to buy another membership, all i did was to tell her that $60:00 was out of my budget, im only one person and she canceled. i was in a harry that day fortunatenly I called customer service and they help me.

Bj u guys have no customer service and the guy in the back that does the chicken always finds a way to ignore me for at least 5 min .. why …he shouldn’t be working there if he hates the job so bad I can’t remember how many times he has done that to me I lost count shame on u bj :( u don’t care about customer service u guys partner up with Walmart :(
