I just witnessed a lady at the door returning an elderly for having a pic of his card because he doesn’t know much technology to have the app. Besides the guy spoke little Spanish. What a world . This lady should be fired. Homestead location. I won’t buy here again and I will not renew my membership again. I know I’m just a number and corporate may never know how clients are treated. Sad how things had changed.
