I used to be a BJ's member until my membership lapsed last Jan. 2015. I received a one-day pass and presented it to a customer service staff named Lynn(?) after waiting in line since she is the only one attending. This lady refused to give me the coupons/booklet that gives customers discounts. She pretended to call a supervisor to settle the issue using the store paging "speaker".
