Ordered a set of 4 tires through BJ's in Utica, NY. There was a promotion for Kelly Safari AT tires of buy 3 get one free, as well as free installation and balancing. My credit card was charged upon order, and a date and time for the installation was set. I got to the store today to find out they cancelled my order with no notification. They had 8 days to notify, and I received nothing. No phone call, no email, nothing. I asked the reason for the cancellation and they said the tires were unavailable. STOP MOVING THINGS AROUND AND DISCONTINUING CERTAIN ITEMS!!!!!!! Decent place to shop, but they need to get rid of the stupid whistling robot that roams the aisles, or at least turn off the obnoxious whistling.

Every time I shop in this store items are moved to a new location. I know this is a marketing ploy to make customers search the whole store. MOST inconvenient. Also, today there were no check out employees. Do I get a discount for doing your work? What's next----unload the trucks?
