Stopped at the Customer Service desk and spoke with Jill S. Customer service representative she went over and beyond to help me and she’s always there to answer any questions. She’s the best, Great employee at the Utica NY store #64 I think she deserves a raise. Thank you Jill Rock
Refuses to go above and beyond customer service assistance. What happens when bank card or ebt card won't work with swipe or chip? You can't manually assist? Bad weather and a mother travels to BJs to buy food for family and get refused by a manager that won't Try to help. I had to abandon my cart and walk out in tears. Over 5 years of membership to finally be turned away. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
Absolute ridiculous experience at BJ’s just now I have a BJ’s credit card and I’ve had one for years. I finally decided to use the rewards points, but you can’t use a gift card and the rewards points at the same time he wants you to use all your rewards points first without prompting you to use any form of payment. This is completely ridiculous. I’m now canceling my BJ’s credit card card I will never go to BJ’s again because they ended up costing me $60 and I’ll never be able to use these stupid rewards points.
