Absolute ridiculous experience at BJ’s just now I have a BJ’s credit card and I’ve had one for years. I finally decided to use the rewards points, but you can’t use a gift card and the rewards points at the same time he wants you to use all your rewards points first without prompting you to use any form of payment. This is completely ridiculous. I’m now canceling my BJ’s credit card card I will never go to BJ’s again because they ended up costing me $60 and I’ll never be able to use these stupid rewards points. Horrible customer service! A sign was showing the wrong price and the “manager” or whoever she is said it was my problem and not hers. The fruit and vegetables at this store are horrible. The strawberries and raspberries are always moldy. The rest of the fruit you bring home is horrible as well. And stop asking me if I want a credit card. No, I do not. We need a Costco in Utica, BJS has nothing of quality.

The customer service in this store is absolutely horrendous! When I first started going two years ago, it was wonderful and now it is just awful. There is hardly ever more than one lane open, and there are constantly employees standing around doing nothing more than talking with their phones in their hands -I just do not understand it. Then they have the audacity to get mad if you don’t stop at the door after you’ve already scanned all of your own groceries. I spend a ton of money in this store. Cashier Val excellant, friendly, helpful, the kind of employee that raises the bar and brings customers back. Complaint// Love your bagels but the print is so darn small it is almost impossible to find the variety you are looking for. Makes it almost NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO GET ON KNEES TO FIND WHAT YOU WANT, ESPECIALLY FOR US SENIOR CITIZENS.
