This location has the worst customer service. The last three times we have been there check out had only one cashier available to let them do the work. Most of the self check out area were open for you to do everything yourself. I have let it be known when I get the survey back and it does not matter obviously nothing has changed. I visited the Sanford Store today and I was looking for a Mop, the two on the floor are broken and dirty. I ask in Custumer service for help because they have a pallet on top with the same items. The answer was “come tomorrow, we are very busty to help you with this”. Thank you. I will buy this one in Walmart. Great job Team!

Buyers beware of this store. shopping today 2/16/25 ... 12:00 pm we saw a giant rat run across the floor. my wife is very sensitive to smells and she said she could smell a urine smell. we didn't bother to buy anything else because of the issue and went to the front. the scary thing to our horror is when we told management at customer service the first lady behind the counter kinda laughed and said it's just one rat, in other words it's well known around there. then when we told a second lady who came to help us at the regis... read more
